Refund Policy

Sculpturize does not accept returns or exchanges unless the crafts are damaged or defective upon arrival. You can always contact us for any return question at info@sculpturize.com

Damages and other issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific artwork.

If you have received a damaged craft, please provide proof of damage. Once we have received your proof of damage, Sculpturize will ship a remake, free of charge. 

Refunds 

If you have received a damaged craft and do not wish to receive a remake free of charge, we will notify you once your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
